Background - What is organizational transformation?
Organizational transformation refers to a business strategy to manage change and move your organization to a future state. These initiatives are focused on improving employee experience. Human resources and executive teams often rely upon change management methods that are measured using defined metrics in order to create a roadmap for their organization's transformation strategy.

Our Lead strategic transformation course is based on the unit of competency of BSBLDR811. Whilst this course is not nationally recognised, it follows the learning outcomes and elements associated with that unit. The course contains

This course will include an understanding of awareness of the relevant legislation and your responsibilities in leading strategic transformation.
