On the palate the wine is well balanced, ripe and lively with soft and round tannins lingering through the finish. Store away from dirict sunlight or direct heat, preferably in a cool dark cellar.

The grape growers belong to the Cantine Leonardo da Vinci in Vinci, near Florence. Grapes are sourced from south facing hillside vineyards located in the territories of Vinci and Cerreto Guidi, on the western side of the Chianti region. The vineyards average in age from 15-20 years old and are comprised of 1,800 vines per acre. The soil has adequate calcium and nitrogen content and is comprised of moderate clay which allows excellent drainage.

The grapes are gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Temperature is always controlled at 28°C together with frequent daily pump-overs which allow for good colour extraction, balanced tannins, rich fruity aroma and flavour during fermentation.

The wine is fermented to dry in an average of 8 days. A small part of the mass spend a little period in new and aged French oaks for 6 months in order to add complexity to the wine. All the mass undergoes malo-lactic fermentation.

Food Pairing: Delicious with all starters, pastas and meat dishes. Serving temperature: 18° C.

Pretty funny
Format: Hardcover
The book gives us a more focused outlook on Chieg Wiggum. Full of its funny moments, I`d recomend this to huge Simpsons fans as it seems the shows writers managed to give us another hit.

Not the best, but not the worst either
Format: Hardcover
By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.
