This wine displays a deep, cherry red colour in the glass, with violet hues. On the nose, it shows rich notes of fresh fruit (black cherry, plum) and an elegant herbal touch. This wine is really smooth on the palate, extremely fruity with velvety tannins and a long finish. 

This wine is 100% organic Monastrell, grown in vines of an average age of 25 years old. The pruning was short, with bush-trained and trellis vines. The harvest occurred in the first week of October 2018 and fermented for 10 days at a temperature of 28 degrees, in stainless steel tanks. 

This wine is vegan friendly! 

Food Pairing: Pair with pizza, rich tomato sauces and savoury cheese. Spicy chicken wings are also a great match as are blue rich salmon and even grilled sardines!
