What if the product does not work?
Please use the supplied power cord to connect the power plug (not supplied) to power the product.
Can the product support up to 1000Mbps?
No. Four computers can only share 1000Mbps of network bandwidth and only one computer can support up to 1000Mbps when connected.
What should I do if my connection is down?
Please try replacing the cable with a Category 6 or higher cable and the cable is wired to the 568b Network Splitter.
