We took the original EXO Series and swapped out the aluminum muffler for a stainless muffler, replaced the aluminum base plate with a TIG welded stainless steel plate and added a trick looking stamped stainless badge to top it off.

GRISTLE
These are large pieces compared to their other products. So you know, these, specifically my order, has so much connective tissue, that once you're done separating the meat from the gristle, the larger portion is gristle. Flavor is great as usual though.
