The aroma offers a burst of red apples, strawberries, and yellow peaches, along with rich notes of cashews and crusty bread from yeast autolysis. The palate is shaped and driven by a perfect balance of crisp and lively fruit acidity, expertly complemented by a carefully chosen dosage liqueur containing just 6g/L of sugar. Maturation on yeast for two years in our underground cellars produces a satisfyingly creamy and savoury mid-palate, followed by a flavourful and lingering nutty finish.
