DESCRIPTION: Minimalist perfection with a mid-century twist. This classic A-line skirt features a chic split front with an inverted pleat for subtle movement and structure. Crafted from soft grey wool, it’s tailored for timeless elegance and finished with a metal Lightening zip—a true nod to vintage craftsmanship. Unlined for a fluid drape, this piece may pair best with a slip or tights for added comfort. Effortlessly versatile, it’s the kind of skirt that works with everything from crisp blouses to chunky knits, making it a wardrobe essential you’ll reach for season after season.

HISTORY: The A-line skirt, defined by its fitted waist and gentle flare toward the hem, became a hallmark of women’s fashion in the late 1950s and has remained an enduring silhouette ever since. Its versatility has allowed designers to reinterpret the style across decades, experimenting with fabrics and lengths to reflect evolving trends.

Great weird horror
Format: Kindle
The Department of Truth: The End of the World is the first trade volume of this series, collecting issues 1-5. I don’t want to get into spoilers, but I enjoyed seeing a world building element I was familiar with in fantasy be applied to conspiracy theories. I also loved the art. It’s really stunning! I almost want to buy a print edition in addition to my Kindle/ComiXology edition because it’s so beautiful. I found the plot and concept compelling and can’t wait to read volume 2.

meh...
Format: Paperback
collecting the entire universe, so obviously i picked this up. i absolutely LOVE the stuff written by Ryan Parrott, but it seems like the some of the side stories were just thrown into the universe for the sake of 'diversity'. identity politics is injected into BOTH of the books in this series (that i have read so far... im somewhere in the middle of year two) that were written by Melissa Flores, for no reason except projection, propaganda and forced diversity quotas. the book isnt even an extreme offender or anything, but the 'community' has caused so many problems, in ever facet of society that they have attached themselves to, that i (and so many others) now see any of it as huge red flag... and that is sad, because i was raised to have the EXACT opposite viewpoint, and i did, for well over 30 years (just turned 40).
