Het gevarieerde wijnbouwgebied van de West-Kaap biedt Fleur du Cap het perfecte canvas om wijnen te maken die de essentie van een variëteit uitdrukken. Een meesterlijke selectie van fruit gecombineerd met de creativiteit van de wijnmakers resulteert in wijnen van hoge kwaliteit. De druiven komen uit drie verschillende wijngaarden in Darling, Agter Paarl en Simondium. De wijngaard in Darling is negen jaar oud en wordt gecultiveerd onder droge landomstandigheden. De grond is afgebroken graniet en de wijngaard kijkt uit over de Atlantische Oceaan. De wijngaard in Agter Paarl is een 29 jaar oude wijngaard met droge struikranken op leisteenbodems met een uitstekende wateropslagcapaciteit. De wijngaard in Simondium ligt op de middelste hellingen van de Simonsberg en is in 2008 aangeplant. De vloeren zijn ook gemaakt van graniet. De druiven worden met de hand geplukt. Na het pletten wordt het sap geklaard gevolgd door een fermentatie bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur tussen vijftien en zeventien graden. Twintig procent van de wijn wordt gefermenteerd en gerijpt op Franse eikenhouten vaten, terwijl tachtig procent van de wijn onbebost is. De wijn werd op de droesem bewaard om het gehemelte zwaarder te maken en de complexiteit te vergroten. De Fleur du Cap Chenin Blanc uit de Essence du Cap-serie is schitterend helder met groenachtige reflecties. De neus toont frisse aroma's van verschillende tropische vruchten, gekruid met een vleugje eik. Ook in de mond zijn er eerst tropische noten, gevolgd door citrus en botersnoepjes, die het gevolg zijn van het contact met de eik. Omdat 20 procent van de wijn wordt gefermenteerd en gerijpt op Frans eiken. De Essence du Cap Chenin Blanc heeft een lange, knapperige afdronk en is een zeer toegankelijke wijn. Healthy Sea plant magnesium
I’ve been researching magnesium and ran across the benefits of magnesium from sea plants. Since many people lack the proper amounts of magnesium this type of magnesium seems healthier than magnesium from the earth.

It helps with so many things, and most of us don’t get enough.

Quality product
I’ve been taking the Ocean Magnesium 200mg Aquamin with B6 for a little over a month now, and I’ve really enjoyed adding it into my routine. I’ve tried several types of magnesium supplements in the past, but this one stood out to me for a couple of reasons: it’s made with Aquamin (derived from sea minerals), it’s vegan, and it comes in an easy-to-take capsule form.
The first thing I noticed was the packaging. The bottle is sturdy, seals well, and the label is clear and easy to read. I like that it’s straightforward about the ingredients—no unnecessary additives or confusing blends. The capsules themselves are an average size, not too big or hard to swallow, which I appreciate since I take them at night before bed.
As far as digestibility, this has been one of the gentlest magnesium options I’ve tried. Some brands I’ve used in the past left me with an upset stomach, but I haven’t had that issue here. I also appreciate that the capsules don’t have a strong aftertaste or odd smell, which has sometimes been the case with other supplements.
I also really like that this formula includes vitamin B6. Even though I can’t measure exactly what difference that makes, I like knowing that it’s formulated with complementary nutrients in mind. It feels more thoughtfully designed than a basic one-ingredient pill.
