Al naso si rincorrono eleganti e complesse note speziate e fruttate, a cui segue un sorso raffinato e profondo, con tannini importanti ma ben gestiti e integrati nella solida trama.Il Gattinara DOCG Vallana nasce nell’omonimo comune piemontese e vanta precisa identità e spiccata personalità territoriale. Ci troviamo a degustare infatti, un grande Nebbiolo, realizzato sulla riva destra del Sesia, in territorio subalpino situato ai piedi del Monte Rosa, su terreni di origine vulcanica e glaciale. Le uve sono raccolte a mano e vinificate in tini di cemento, quindi il vino matura per almeno due anni in botti di rovere e affina in bottiglia per diversi mesi, prima della commercializzazione. Si tratta di un vino estremamente interessante, longevo e austero, che ben rappresenta il cuore dell’Alto Piemonte!
Rosso complesso ed elegante, da abbinare con portate altrettanto importanti e strutturate. Ottimo con carni rosse arrosto o alla griglia, selvaggina da pelo e formaggi stagionati.

Yes! Cannot go wrong after hot shower.
They can pump out all the fancy moisturizers and lotions they want - I always come back to the originals. Dove has a brand reputation which never fails. This cream serum is awesome for all over my body after a hot shower (bc it kinda dries out my skin). Face and body, it works. Apply after shower before bed and you have a whole skincare routine. Cannot beat the price for less than $10! This is one of three I bought in this line and each is as good as the next.
