Het Forged Olive Koksmes kind is gemaakt van 3Cr14 staal met een hardheid van 54 Rockwell, heeft een lemmetdikte van 2 mm, een lemmetlengte van 12 cm en een olijfhouten handvat, wat het mes niet geschikt maakt voor de vaatwasser. Het mes wordt geleverd in een luxe houten doos en heeft een garantie van 10 jaar. Dit mes is geschikt voor kinderen vanaf 7 jaar, altijd onder toezicht.
