Les Hauts de la Gaffelière heeft zich weten te profileren als een gedegen handtekening van Maison Malet Roquefort. In deze wijn vindt u de hoge kwaliteitsstandaard en ervaring van Maison Malet Roquefort zeker terug.

Vinificatie

De wijn krijgt een traditionele rode wijn vinificatie in roestvrijstalen vaten onder gecontroleerde temperaturen. Schilinweking gedurende 4 weken. Rijping in eiken barriques en grote houten vaten.
