Met de Onzichtbaar 3D scharnier | 135x28mm | Mat Zwart | 3D Instelbaar laat je jouw deuren volledig verdwijnen in het kozijn. In de dichte stand zijn de scharnieren vrijwel niet zichtbaar waardoor je een strakke muur krijgt. De onzichtbare scharnieren van STERK zijn verkrijgbaar in 2 verschillende kleuren en hebben een afmeting van 135x28mm. Let bij het frezen goed op de deur en kozijn zijde. Deze verschillen namelijk van freesdiepte (zie werktekening ter verduidelijking). De deurzijde en kozijnzijde staan ook fysiek op het scharnier gestanst. 

De Onzichtbaar 3D scharnier | 135x28mm | Mat Zwart | 3D Instelbaar is geproduceerd van Zamak en daarna Mat zwart gepoedercoat. Het scharnier is getest op 200.000 cycli. Het heeft een draaggewicht van 60 kg bij 2 scharnieren en 70 kg bij 3 scharnieren, wat het geschikt maakt voor zware deuren. Daarnaast word het scharnier geleverd inclusief bevestigingsmateriaal en bijhorende afdekkapjes.

Wij raden altijd 3 onzichtbare scharnieren per deur aan wegens het kromtrekken van hout en bij hogere deuren 4. Ook hebben we bijhorende freesmal sets.
