5g pure creatine monohydrate—the daily dose that delivers real results.

ONE of ONE Creatine Monohydrate keeps it simple with the most trusted ingredient for strength and performance: creatine monohydrate. The idea here is smart. Instead of squeezing creatine into a busy pre-workout at a weak dose, this gives you a full 5g scoop. That's the standard daily amount from studies that boosts muscle creatine levels, helps recharge energy during tough efforts, and improves high-intensity training over time.

Creatine taps into your body's quick-energy system. For short, powerful moves like heavy lifts, sprints, jumps, or grappling, your muscles use ATP as fuel. It runs out fast, and phosphocreatine helps refill it. Adding creatine monohydrate ups those stores, so you can keep going strong on repeats. In real life, that means more reps at your working weight, a bit more power, better sprint recovery, and overall more productive sessions. That's the key: creatine lets you grind out better work, and better work builds strength and muscle.

The 5g dose is spot on. Studies show 3-5g daily keeps things topped off for most people after loading, and 5g is the go-to because it works for bigger athletes without messing around. This isn't some token amount for the label—it's the star of the show. Creatine monohydrate is still the top dog, with the most proof for boosting strength, lean mass, power, and endurance. Fancy versions like salts or buffered types often get hyped without

ONE of ONE Creatine by ONE of ONE contains 5g Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg Creatine Monohydrate per serving — that's the solid daily dose most gym-goers need. Studies back 3-5g a day to keep muscle creatine levels high, and 5g hits the mark perfectly for active folks without any hassle.
  • Single-ingredient setup — every scoop is all about creatine monohydrate, no extras watering it down. That's huge because a creatine supp should nail the creatine dose, not bury it in a bunch of other stuff.
  • Decades of research in your corner — creatine monohydrate is the OG in performance studies. It's the go-to for gains in strength, power, workout capacity, and muscle when you lift.
  • Boosts ATP recharge via the phosphagen system — that's what fuels your explosive efforts. More phosphocreatine means quicker ATP recovery during back-to-back intense bursts, leading to stronger sets and sessions.
  • Made for repeated high-power work — it really helps with heavy lifting, sprints, intervals, and sports that demand explosions. Perfect when your workouts involve quick efforts with short rests.
  • No prop blends here — everything's out in the open. In a world of confusing labels that hide weak doses, this one shows you exactly what's inside right away.
  • Stacks easy with pre-workouts and hydration drinks — no stims, no pumps, no overlaps, so it slides right into your routine without messing up other supps.
  • Micronized form, as retailers often say — smaller particles mix better and cut down on grit. It doesn't change how well it works, but it makes daily use smoother, and that's key for sticking with it.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters chasing progressive overload who want a reliable daily boost over fancy mixes. 5g creatine monohydrate helps refill phosphocreatine, keeping heavy sets strong through your program.
  • Powerbuilders and strength fans who prioritize bar speed, repeat power, and volume over stim highs. Creatine monohydrate has years of proof for better strength and workout capacity.
  • Combat athletes grinding explosive drills—boxing, MMA, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, pads. Creatine's quick-energy support is spot-on for short bursts with little rest between.
  • Team sport players needing sprint repeats and explosions without stims. 5g creatine fits year-round training, boosting high-power energy without messing with sleep or heart rate.
  • Newbies starting with the supp that truly works. A simple creatine product is easy to get right, dose properly, and use long-term versus diving into complex stuff.
  • Vet supp users stacking around a pre or hydration. Just 5g creatine monohydrate adds real strength support without overlapping stims, pumps, or aminos.

How to Use

Grab 1 scoop daily for 5g creatine monohydrate. Timing's flexible, so pick a spot you can hit every day—like before or after training, or with food. Lots of people do it around workouts for the routine, not some magic window. Mix with 8-16 oz water in a shaker or glass; more water and shaking help if you hate clumps. If your stomach's picky, ease in with half a scoop for a few days, take with a meal, or split it before going full. Stack it with pre-workouts, electrolytes, EAAs, carbs, or protein—no conflicts here. No need to cycle; it's about keeping levels up, so pausing just sets you back. Keep the tub sealed in a cool, dry spot, no moisture. Drink plenty, especially if you're sweating hard, since creatine thrives when you're hydrated.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: Mix it, drink it, done—nothing flashy happens right away. No stim kick, no tingles, since creatine isn't about nerves. Next 10-90 minutes: Still nothing big, and that's normal for this. Days 1-7: Stores start climbing with daily use, especially if your diet's low on it. Weeks 2-4: Here's the good stuff—stronger repeats, steady power across sets, more volume without crashing. Weeks 4+: Stick with training, and you'll see strength jumps and muscle support build. Remember, you feel it in your lifts first, not some wild sensation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in ONE of ONE Creatine Monohydrate per serving?

Each serving provides 5g of creatine monohydrate. That is the standard full daily dose most lifters use to support muscle creatine saturation, strength output, and repeated high-intensity performance.

Is 5g of creatine monohydrate a clinical dose?

Yes. Research commonly supports 3-5g per day as an effective maintenance range, and 5g is the most widely used practical dose because it reliably covers most active users without needing multiple scoops.

Do I need to take this only on workout days?

No. Creatine monohydrate works best when taken every day because its benefits depend on maintaining elevated muscle creatine stores over time. Skipping rest days slows the consistency that drives results.

Will I feel this right away like a pre-workout?

No. This product does not contain caffeine or stimulants, and creatine is not designed to create an immediate buzz. Its benefits show up through improved performance and training output over days and weeks of consistent use.

Can I stack ONE of ONE Creatine Monohydrate with my pre-workout?

Yes. This is one of the easiest supplements to stack because the formula contains only creatine monohydrate. It pairs well with stimulant pre-workouts, pump formulas, electrolytes, intra-workouts, and protein shakes.

Is creatine monohydrate better than fancy creatine forms?

For most users, creatine monohydrate is still the best-supported choice. It is the form used in the overwhelming majority of positive research on strength, power, and lean mass, which is why it remains the gold standard.

Should I load creatine with a higher dose first?

A loading phase is optional, not required. Many users simply take 5g daily and reach effective saturation over a few weeks, which is simpler and often easier on digestion than aggressive front-loading.

Can this cause water retention?

Creatine can increase intracellular water in muscle tissue as stores rise, which is a normal part of how it works. For many users, that is a positive effect because it reflects improved muscle hydration rather than unwanted bloating from a stimulant-heavy formula.

Is this good for women too?

Yes, if they are healthy adults and cleared to use it. Creatine monohydrate is not a male-only supplement; the same phosphocreatine and ATP-regeneration mechanisms apply regardless of sex.

Do I need to cycle off ONE of ONE Creatine Monohydrate?

No. Creatine monohydrate does not need cycling in the way stimulant products often do. Its benefits depend on maintaining muscle saturation, so year-round consistency makes more physiological sense than stopping and restarting.

Baby bumps and bodyguards
Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

I’m a little disappointed.
Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.
