INGREDIENTS: Toasted Oat Clusters (73%), (Oats, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Honey), Whole MilkPowder, Freeze-Dried Raspberries (4%).

To prepare a single serving: Mix the contents of the can and add 60g to a solid container. Boil 85ml of water and stir in until thoroughly mixed, then leave to stand for 5-8 minutes. Season to taste, stir and enjoy.

To prepare an entire tin: Remove the 3 oxygen absorbers from the tin, then cover the contents of the tin with boiling water. Stir until thoroughly mixed, replace the lid and then leave to stand for 5-8 minutes. Season to taste, stir and enjoy.
