The tankard can be personalised with any message over 5 lines (2nd and 3rd line are in bold up to 11 characters e.g HAPPY BIRTHDAY). Lines 1, 4 and 5 are 12 characters per line. 

How to place your personalised gift order:

1. Order your personalised gift online.
2. When you have placed your order, you will receive an email from [email protected]
3. Please allow 1 working day to receive your email, and if you have not received it within this time, please check your junk folder.
4. Once received, follow the link within the email.
5. Type your message into the fields on screen and click on the preview button to review the personalisation.
6. Once checked and you are happy, click submit. Your order will then be processed.
