Panda Supps X Merica Labz First Blood is a no-hidden-doses, high-stim pre-workout that hits hard on pumps. It's built for experienced users who want enough of the key stuff to really feel it during lifts. This isn't a basic daily option or one skimping on trendy ingredients. The label shows it all: huge nitric oxide boost, solid endurance doses, real brain support, and a stacked stim setup to power through long workouts.

It kicks off with 10,000mg L-citrulline, which is more than the usual 6,000-8,000mg from studies. Citrulline is great because it turns into arginine easily, boosting nitric oxide through that pathway and helping clear out waste like ammonia via the urea cycle. You feel it as bigger pumps, better blood rush, more oxygen to muscles, and less of that tired, flat vibe as reps add up. They amp it up with 254mg VasoDrive-AP®, a patented mix from casein that's got lactotripeptides IPP and VPP. It works differently from citrulline by acting like a natural ACE inhibitor, easing tight blood vessels and making arteries more flexible. So you get pump support from multiple angles, not just one thing. Then 250mg pine bark extract at 95% proanthocyanidins adds in by helping blood vessel linings and fighting oxidation, working with the NO boost to keep things flowing during tough sets.

For keeping at it longer, there's 6,400mg beta-alanine—twice the standard 3.2g daily load most pre-workouts don't even hit. Beta-alanine builds up carnosine in muscles, which soaks up the acid from hard efforts. Translation: the burning wall hits later, especially in longer se

Panda First Blood by Panda Supps contains 10000mg L-Citrulline, a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 10,000mg L-Citrulline — that's a hefty dose, bigger than the usual 6-8g from studies. It boosts arginine and nitric oxide better than straight arginine, so you get bigger pumps, solid blood flow, and muscles that stay fueled with oxygen during intense lifts.
  • 6,400mg Beta-Alanine — twice the classic 3.2g daily amount for loading carnosine. This is all about endurance for high-rep stuff, quick rests, and workouts where the burn normally cuts you short.
  • 2,500mg Betaine Anhydrous — spot on for the doses that help strength, power, and how much work you can handle. It keeps cells hydrated and supports processes like methylation, making it a smart pick in today's pre-workouts.
  • 2,000mg L-Tyrosine — a real dose for holding focus when things get tough. It's a building block for dopamine and norepinephrine, so it helps when stress, tiredness, or too much stim would normally mess with your head.
  • 600mg Alpha-GPC 50% — gives you about 300mg of the active stuff, a good level backed by research for acetylcholine. That means smoother mental drive and better feel for lifts that need precision.
  • 254mg VasoDrive-AP® — patented lactotripeptide at the exact study dose. Instead of just NO pumps, this hits ACE inhibition to loosen up blood vessels and boost flow another way.
  • 250mg Pine Bark Extract standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins — not just thrown in. This dose helps blood vessel function and fights free radicals, teaming up with citrulline and VasoDrive-AP® for a full pump setup.
  • 462.5mg Total Caffeine from three sources — 300mg anhydrous for quick kick, about 112.5mg from dicaffeine malate for steady follow-through, and about 50mg from caffeine citrate for extra fast lift. It's a smart layered energy, not a crash waiting to happen.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned bodybuilders in growth phases who rate pre's on pump feel, workout length, and that muscle connection—not just the initial rush. 10g citrulline, VasoDrive-AP®, pine bark, and betaine are perfect for volume where flow and output keep it going.
  • Intermediate-advanced lifters on push/pull/legs or upper/lower who need something to power compounds and accessories alike. High caffeine with 2g tyrosine and Alpha-GPC keeps drive physical and mental when tiredness creeps in.
  • Strength folks wanting more than buzz. 6.4g beta-alanine and 2.5g betaine give real support for repeated efforts, pumps help set recovery via better blood.
  • High-stim fans who've moved past 250-300mg caffeine and want layered energy. Three caffeine types plus synephrine mean quicker start and longer push than single-shot stuff.
  • Gym rats in busy spots where waits and distractions kill vibe. Caffeine, tyrosine, Alpha-GPC lock in focus and crisp lifts deep into sessions.
  • Guys after wild pumps for arms, delts, or carb-up days. Citrulline + VasoDrive-AP® + strong pine bark is a vasodilation beast, beats token pump claims.

How to Use

If you're new to this or not used to high stims, start with half a scoop. Full scoop packs 462.5mg caffeine plus synephrine—serious stuff, treat it right. Take 20-30 minutes pre so anhydrous and citrate caffeine kick in for your big sets, with the rest building as you go.

Mix one scoop in 12-16 oz cold water, shake well—it's heavy, so water helps it go down easy. Empty stomach or light meal works if you like training light. Big food can slow the stim hit, even if everything's still there.

Skip stacking with other pre's, burners, or big coffees unless you're counting stims. Add non-overlaps like creatine, electrolytes, carbs for long sessions. Beta-alanine needs steady use for the slow endurance build past the tingles. If sleep tanks or it loses punch, cut other caffeine or deload stims. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight for fresh powder and taste.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: You down it, and with fast caffeine in there, energy starts quick. If beta-alanine tingles hit you, 6.4g means it comes on strong. Minutes 10-20: Energy's clear, mind quiets down, and you feel early warmth or fullness from vasodilation in warm-ups.

Minutes 20-40: Prime time for heavy stuff—caffeine full blast, tyrosine and Alpha-GPC sharpening focus, citrulline/VasoDrive-AP® making muscles feel pumped and contractions strong. Minutes 40-90: It holds up thanks to dicaffeine malate, no big drop. Days 1-7: Energy, pump, focus hit right away, beta-alanine mostly tingles. Weeks 2-4: Carnosine builds, so endurance shines more on volume days.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in First Blood per scoop?

A full scoop delivers about 462.5mg total caffeine. That comes from 300mg caffeine anhydrous, roughly 112.5mg caffeine from 150mg dicaffeine malate, and roughly 50mg caffeine from 100mg caffeine citrate.

Is First Blood a beginner-friendly pre-workout?

No. The stimulant load is firmly advanced, and the formula also includes bitter orange extract standardized to 30% synephrine, which further increases the aggressive feel. New users should start elsewhere or use no more than 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance.

Why does First Blood use 10g of L-citrulline?

10g is above the standard 6-8g clinical range and is intended to maximize nitric oxide support, blood flow, and muscle fullness during training. Citrulline also supports ammonia clearance, which can help maintain performance as fatigue builds.

What does VasoDrive-AP® do in this formula?

VasoDrive-AP® is a patented casein hydrolysate standardized for the peptides IPP and VPP. It works primarily as a natural ACE inhibitor, supporting vasodilation through a different mechanism than citrulline, which is why it meaningfully upgrades the pump stack.

Why is the beta-alanine dose so high at 6.4g?

Because beta-alanine works through carnosine loading, not just acute sensation. 6.4g is a serious daily saturation dose intended to improve buffering capacity during high-intensity training, especially higher-rep work and short-rest sessions.

Will First Blood make me tingle?

Very likely. The 6.4g beta-alanine dose is large enough that many users will feel pronounced paresthesia, especially on a lighter stomach. It is harmless, but if you dislike that sensation, start with a half scoop.

Can I take First Blood with coffee or an energy drink?

It is not a good idea for most users. The formula already provides about 462.5mg caffeine plus synephrine, so adding other stimulants can quickly push intake into a range associated with jitters, rapid heartbeat, and sleep disruption.

Is the Alpha-GPC dose actually meaningful?

Yes, with an important nuance. The label lists 600mg Alpha-GPC 50%, which yields about 300mg active Alpha-GPC. That active amount lands in the useful evidence-based range for cognitive and neuromuscular support.

How long before training should I take First Blood?

Most users will do best taking it 20-30 minutes pre-workout. That timing gives the fast caffeine sources enough time to rise before training, while the rest of the stimulant and pump system builds into your early working sets.

Does First Blood contain any proprietary blends?

No. Every major active ingredient and dose is fully disclosed on the label, which makes this formula much easier to evaluate than the many pre-workouts that hide behind proprietary pump or energy blends.

What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
