Version 9.1.4 (published in 2022) of the Canadian English edition of the "interRAI Long-Term Care Facilities (LTCF) Assessment Form and User's Manual" contains errata updates from the previous version 9.1.3 (published in 2019). It is customized to contain country-specific examples for Canada, and it uses the English language that is native to Canada.
The interRAI Long-Term Care Facilities (LTCF) Assessment System is a comprehensive, standardized system for evaluating the needs, strengths, and preferences of persons in chronic care and nursing home institutional settings.
