300mg caffeine, rauwolscine, and straight-up thermogenic power

Hard Rock Supps Methylzene is a high-stim thermogenic pill focused on quick energy, adrenaline push, and hunger-curbing fat loss instead of broad health or full clinical body comp stuff. The idea is straightforward and old-school: hit with strong brain stims and beta boosters to boost alertness, ramp up cyclic AMP signals (that's a messenger that helps with fat breakdown), and deliver the instant feels you expect from serious cutters. The best part? Full label, no prop blends, so you see every ingredient and dose.

The main player is 300mg caffeine anhydrous. That's a solid one-pill dose that amps alertness, cuts how tired you feel, and boosts thermogenesis by blocking adenosine (a chill-out chemical) and firing up catecholamines (energy hormones). In real life, this is what gives the fast kick, more output, and less hunger. Guarana seed extract at 50mg adds natural stim vibes with some caffeine, but the label doesn't say exactly how much, so it's more of a helper than the star.

Phenylethylamine at 90mg is in for mood and focus. It's a trace amine that hits TAAR1 receptors and releases norepinephrine and dopamine (feel-good brain chemicals), so users feel a quick motivation boost and mental edge. Heads up: oral PEA breaks down fast via MAO-B enzymes, so effects are short, and human studies are slim. It's about the feel, not long-term proven performance.

N-Isopropylnorsynephrine at 20mg is one of the hardest hitters, right at the top of what you see in stim fat burners. It works as a beta-adrenergic agonist (stimulates fat-releasing paths) to raise cAMP and activate hormone-sensitive lipase, the process tied to lip

Key Highlights

  • 300mg caffeine anhydrous per cap — that's a real high-stim hit in one serving. It delivers the quick alertness, drive, and fat-burning base that makes this product pop.
  • 20mg N-Isopropylnorsynephrine — a bold beta booster at the upper end for stim fat burners. It cranks cAMP for fat signals and amps the thermogenic vibe with caffeine.
  • 1mg alpha yohimbe as rauwolscine — a strong adrenaline player that gives a sharper stim feel than milder stuff. In use, it's key for that dry, urgent, no-appetite cut mode.
  • 90mg phenylethylamine — added for the fast mood and focus bump folks crave before cardio or lifts. It hits TAAR1 and releases catecholamines, explaining the quick mental on-switch.
  • 50mg guarana seed extract — a classic stim plant that backs the caffeine energy. It's smaller than the anhydrous dose but fits the multi-layer stim setup.
  • 25mg theobromine — caffeine's cousin that helps stim through adenosine blocking and PDE inhibition (slows breakdown of energy signals). Dose is low compared to studies, but it adds to the overall stim feel.
  • 50mg ephedra viridis — a throwback to old thermogenic styles. It underlines this as a hard-hitting stim burner, not a soft metabolism helper.
  • Full label disclosure — no prop blends, no mystery stims, no guesswork. That's huge in a world where aggressive burners hide doses behind fancy names.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned athletes cutting who want a strong thermogenic cap before fasted cardio or lifts. The 300mg caffeine, 1mg rauwolscine, and 20mg N-isopropylnorsynephrine fit that high-alert, low-hunger, deficit spot.
  • Stim-tolerant gym rats feeling flat when calories drop. It pushes acute drive and brain stim over pump or hydration, great for intensity and urgency seekers.
  • Folks who like capsule fat burners over big powder pre's. One cap gives the full stim profile without mixing, perfect for travel, breaks, or AM cardio.
  • Users into adrenaline stuff wanting old ECA vibes without blends. You see exact doses of caffeine, phenylethylamine, rauwolscine, and stims right on the label.
  • Cut-phase builders holding workout fire while hunger rises and energy falls. Caffeine plus rauwolscine makes low-cal sessions feel doable.
  • People where soft burners do nada. If green tea and light noots are meh, this high-stim setup delivers a clear kick.

How to Use

Start with 1 capsule 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or big efforts. It's high-stim with 300mg caffeine anhydrous plus rauwolscine and others, so newbies skip; vets test tolerance without other stims. Take with water — emptier stomach speeds it up for a stronger hit. If stim-sensitive but trying, pair with a small meal to soften. Don't stack with caffeine pre's, energy drinks, or other burners — total stims add up fast. Good matches are non-stim like creatine monohydrate, electrolytes, EAAs, or protein later. Cycle or save for hard sessions as tolerance builds. Skip within 6-8 hours of bed, store cool and dry away from moisture and heat.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: capsule means no taste or mix, just quick uptake after swallowing. Minutes 10-25: caffeine starts rolling, with rising alertness, more heat, and readiness to go. Minutes 25-45: peak time, where caffeine, rauwolscine, PEA, and adrenaline stuff hit hardest as sharp focus, low hunger, and aggressive workout mindset. Minutes 45-120: energy stays up, but the rush might even out to steady stim. Days 1-7: feels are instant, not building up, since it's not a loader. Weeks 2-4: still session-focused, but tolerance can soften if overused, so reserve for tough days or cycle it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Hard Rock Supps Methylzene?

Methylzene provides 300mg caffeine anhydrous per 1-capsule serving. It also includes 50mg guarana seed extract, which may contribute additional natural caffeine, but the exact amount from guarana is not disclosed on the label.

Is Methylzene a beginner-friendly fat burner?

No. With 300mg caffeine plus rauwolscine, phenylethylamine, theobromine, guarana, and 20mg N-Isopropylnorsynephrine, this is a high-stim thermogenic intended for experienced users with established stimulant tolerance.

What does rauwolscine do in this formula?

Rauwolscine, listed as alpha yohimbe at 1mg, is included for a sharper adrenergic effect, stronger appetite suppression, and a more intense thermogenic feel. Many users notice it as the ingredient that makes a formula feel harder, drier, and more urgent than caffeine alone.

When should I take Methylzene?

Take 1 capsule 20-30 minutes before training or cardio, ideally earlier in the day. Because the formula is stimulant-heavy, avoid taking it late afternoon or evening if you are sensitive to sleep disruption.

Can I stack Methylzene with a pre-workout?

Usually not if your pre-workout also contains stimulants. Methylzene already delivers 300mg caffeine plus multiple adrenergic ingredients, so stacking it with another high-stim pre can push heart rate, blood pressure, jitters, and anxiety too high.

Is the label transparent or does it use a proprietary blend?

The formula is fully disclosed with no proprietary blend. Every listed active has a stated dose, which is a meaningful advantage in the stimulant fat burner category.

Are all ingredients clinically dosed?

No. The formula’s strongest and most meaningful dosed ingredients are the stimulant and adrenergic compounds, especially caffeine at 300mg and N-Isopropylnorsynephrine at 20mg. Ingredients like L-carnitine at 25mg and theobromine at 25mg are well below commonly studied standalone ranges.

What kind of results should I realistically expect?

The most immediate results are acute: more energy, stronger workout or cardio drive, lower appetite, and a more noticeable thermogenic feel. Changes in body composition still depend on your calorie intake, training, and consistency.

Does Methylzene need to be cycled?

Cycling is smart because stimulant tolerance can reduce the perceived impact over time. Many advanced users reserve formulas like this for harder training days, cardio sessions, or shorter cutting blocks rather than continuous long-term daily use.

Why is phenylethylamine included?

Phenylethylamine is included for a fast mood-and-focus lift. It acts as a trace amine and catecholamine-related stimulant, but its oral effects are typically brief because the body rapidly metabolizes it via MAO-B.

Fluffy and Nice Omegaverse
Format: Kindle
… this would have made 5 stars but for 2 reasons. A.) there were quite a few typos; misspelled words, missing quotations, “the his” mistakes, and various signs that maybe a proofread would do good. B.) the writing was quite textbook. Late blooming omega is struggling with her new self, finds a absurdly wealthy pack of alphas, every thing is almost insta-love but she resists, then decides to love herself and let everyone be happy. Rian was my favourite (obviously the author’s favourite too because he got the most page time) but I wish we could see more of his CEO side? He went to work maybe ONCE the entire time. Gray was supposed to be the “growly one” but he turned out to be puppy dog. Lucas was a genius brainiac doctor - but also super alpha with an aggressive hindbrain with a breeding k*nk?? And then there was no actual “breeding”?? Spice 3/5 - normally omegaverse books are super high on messy smut but this was tamer. Romance 3/5 - insta-love that was then resisted because of personal hangup’s Plot 2/5 - weird paced head hopping, showing the same scene from different POV’s that made me feel like it was 2 steps backward, 1 step forward. Humour 4/5 - there were a dozen lines that genuinely made me chuckle out loud Would have been five stars but the lack of proofreading and the predictable plot made me unable to get up to ADORED IT level - four stars is still and official ENJOYED IT, y’all. This isn’t a bad rating. The “Club Heat” has intriguing possibilities so I’m going to give the second one a shot.

Fallen Angels, fae, vampires, oh my!
Format: Kindle
Rating: 4.5 | Spice: 2 (but a good slow-burn) • Main Characters: Huntyr and Wolf • I couldn’t wait to read this book; there was so much hype about it! And there was no doubt why. I fell in love with the characters and the plot itself. This book is mainly plot driven more than friction driven but it’s easy to follow along with. The characters are fun, easily understood. The main setting is at an academy where both the main characters are going through trials and building strength for the final test, The Transcendent. There are fantastic side characters as well. I loved the camaraderie between Huntyr and her friends. But we don’t like Lanson. 😆 We do have some plot twists that come into play throughout the book. Secrets and betrayal to be seen. I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo

“My heart bows to you and you only, Huntress.”
Format: Kindle
3.5 🌟 This book popped up in my KU recommended reading suggestions and the synopsis sounded like what I was in the mood for. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about it and ended up really liking it. I love when this happens. The main characters are likeable and I easily found myself rooting for them. There is a mystery element to each of their backstories that I enjoyed watching unfold and can't wait to get more of. Wolf, in particular, has me fixated. Love him. I found this to be an entertaining, addictive read with a plot that moves along at a good pace. It reads so easily I found myself very reluctant to put it down. Lots of twists and turns and the angst is there. A good set up for the next book to come, for sure. My issues with this book....the dialogue feels a bit juvenile at times and there is a repetitive over use of a particular word phrasing that I found myself giving the ole eye-roll to. There are, without a doubt, some pretty cliche moments that gave me a bit of the cringe. I think this could've certainly 100% benefited from more depth regarding the world building. Perhaps the world building was sacrificed to keep the pacing quick? Just a guess. Also, the lack of consistency of character for the FMC was really evident and so she feels quite illogical at times. Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read that hit the spot well enough for me. That ending certainly has me impatiently pining for book 2!

Interesting take on the genre
Format: Kindle
True rating: 3.25 ⭐️ I enjoyed the fresh take on the genre. The best way I could describe the setting and world is an apocalyptic dystopian version of Farie where vampires, fae, and angles struggle to survive in what is left of the world. It was definitely interesting throwing the academy/hunger games aspect into this world as well. Even though I guessed the final reveal early on in the book, I kept hoping I was wrong, and it would take a surprising turn. While the "plot twists" were a bit predictable to me, I still enjoyed the ride this book took me on. Another downfall for me was the plot holes in the world building... I.E. if society has fallen and the world is in the aftermath of war, how are there trains running around the world? Just to take young adults to the trials to get into the golden city? How is the train maintained, the tracks clear, etc? However, I did enjoy the FMC & MMC and thought they were fleshed out nicely. I also enjoyed the side characters but wish some were developed more like Ashalin (sp?). I do find myself rooting for the MCs to succeed and find happiness together, which is obviously an important aspect for romantasy. Overall, was this an earth-shattering, mind-bending, terrific piece of literature? No. But was it the worst thing I've read this year? Also, no. This book has, to me, the bones of a great read & just needs a bit more to push it from an alright book to a great book. Overall ratings: Plot- 3.5⭐️ World building 3⭐️ Spice 2.5 🌶🌶 Main characters 4 ⭐️ Supporting characters 3.5⭐️
