Once the perfect fit is achieved a CNC mold is created to allow the High-Density Tri-Extruded material (front floor liners) or a proprietary custom blended thermopolyolefin (rear floor liner) to be heat molded. The HDTE material used in the front liner offers a superior and rigid core strength while still offering friction on the carpet, as well as a tactile feel on the surface. This means your foot won't feel like its just resting on hard rubber!
