This 6” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 3.5" flange and our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. This media is best suited for street use. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) polymer, features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. Stainless-steel clamps are included for strength, and a silicone bellows coupling allows for ample flexibility. Claim was easy, speedy, and Amazon gift card was applied almost immediately.
I had to make a claim for a Ninja blender that was emitting an odor of burning or melting wires. I called a service representative thinking I might encounter a problem and was surprised. The agent was helpful and made the entire process so easy I applaud her! The Amazon gift card was posted to my account almost immediately after UPS picked the product up. I have decided that for products with a large number of parts and electronics that can fail I will purchase Asurion protection.

Asurion "Assures" nothing!
Asurion has terrible Customer Support. All machine based. They give you no phone # for human interaction. Their online Support process is very close-ended. It is a checklist designed to frustrate purchasers whose issue lies outside only the very issue.
My issue: I bought "Cuisinart TOB-40FR Custom Classic Toaster Oven Broiler, Silver (Renewed)" on May 26, 2024. It stated it had a 90 day warranty. So I bought an Asurion Protection Plan also to cover it for 3 years. The toaster started flaking off metal finish inside the oven over the cooking area. I tried to file a claim with Asurion and they told me the Manufacturers warranty was still in effect and I should contact Cuisinart. This despite the oven was sold with a Amazon Renewed verbiage stating a 90 day warranty.
And they have nothing on their "Machine Checklist" to cover this eventuality. And I would assume I am not the only one who takes the "Renewed" route and backs it up with a "Protection Plan".
They will frustrate you no end. I suspect, like many insurances, they seek to deny, deny, deny, in hopes the purchaser will give up.

GIFT CARD AS REPLACEMENT, NO CHOICE OF CHECK OR REPLACEMENT. GOOD COMPANY
PROS:
* A decent company, responsive and fair.
* Allows you to buy items from anywhere you want, and buy the warranty at Amazon.
* Provides better coverage than other warranties, and covers more, including breakage!
CON:
They don't send you a check in order to buy wherever you want, send a replacement, or give you a choice. Instead, they send you an Amazon Gift Card. That's OK if you're a big Amazon shopper, but sometimes, you can get a better price elsewhere.
