Maintenance and replacement of ceramic balls
The ceramic balls have a lifespan of approximately 6 to 12 months depending on the local water hardness and the frequency of shower head use. In regions with very hard water (Île-de-France, Champagne, Languedoc, etc.), plan for more frequent replacement. To identify when to replace them, observe the color of the balls: if they become dull, grayish, or covered with visible deposits, they have lost their filtering effectiveness.
