'Invisible Sounds' reinterprets works from his prolific catalogue.Available on CD or high quality, 180 gram, 12' LP, This is limited to 300 copies and comes with download code containing the high-res digital album.Kenny Wheeler, the Canadian-born, British-based composer/trumpeter has almost incalculably influenced generations of musicians, working alongside a who's who of artists including Dave Holland, Jack DeJohnette, Bill Frisell, John Taylor and Norma Winstone - and a famously unassuming persona belied his unequivocal prominence from the mid-1970s onwards as a free-spirited jazz pioneer.Ingrid's band - Geoffrey Keezer (piano), Martin Wind (bass) and Jon Wikan (drums) - was playing at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival in Idaho, so they booked two nights at Seattle's Royal Room, as well as the studio session. Between the shows they recorded the album (with guest saxophonist Christine Jensen and vocalist Katie Jacobson). The energy of those performances is brought together here.'You have jazz styles like swing or be-bop, and some artists are just their own thing, like Mingus, Ellington, Monk- and Kenny has got that. Defined by a host of elements, not least the haunting timbre of his instrument and that ECM spaciousness, he really developed his own harmonic language. Super cute and cuper comfortable~
These slippers came very quick with the shipping, and I'm just so happy that they fit amazing. They do have a little lip where the heel is for a little added supports I believe to keep your foot from sliding out as easy. Will they slip out with enough movement? Yeah, but if you're just walking around, it's enough. Typically I tend to go with black colors, but went with the brown this time for a change up. They are so adorable~ They do have memory foam in them, and are very comfortable to wear around the apartment. They do have a hard sole, which is on the thicker side compared to how some slippers have a thin grip on the bottom to be the sole, and is good if you have to wear them outside briefly. The size fits wonderful, not to loose or tight, granted with time and use, they might get a bit loose, but right out of the packaging, and only wearing for a small time around the apartment, they are a glass slipper fit. I stayed to what I normally wear for shoe size, and the size is just right.

Great slippers made very well for a great price!

I am in love with these cat slippers. Part of me thought they wouldn't be of good quality but when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised! The sole on these slippers is strong and sturdy which was one of the main reasons I purchased these. Prior to owning these I had a different pair of slippers that had a soft sole, every time it would rain my feet would get soggy with these slippers I don't have that problem. The cute cats were the other reasons for purchase, they are just so cute! The stitching on them seems to be sturdy and very well done. AND the best part, THE SIZE RANGE! I am a women with rather large feet, size 12 in women's to be exact. I can never find cute feminine slippers in my size but these not only have my size but they were actually true to size and fit!
