Kettle construction
- Seamless deep-drawn 304 stainless steel food contact liner—no interior weld seams to trap food soil.
- 304L seamless full jacket rated 30 psi @ 275 °F for efficient steam-to-product heat exchange.
- 304 stainless steel support arms seam-welded to the jacket for rigid, vibration-free service life.
- 304 stainless, reinforced gear box & tilt handle assembly with positive self-locking mechanism.
- Control console with easy-read sight glass (jacket water level) and steam inlet/outlet connections.
Integrated MV twin-shaft mixer
- Two-speed, totally-enclosed gear motor (46/23 rpm main agitator; 120/60 rpm secondary beater).
- Balanced aluminum mixer bridge tilts out of the way for product loading, unload or sanitation.
- Anchor-style main agitator hugs the kettle wall; removable nylon scraper blades wipe the entire surface.
- Counter-rotating 304 SS secondary beater breaks up particulates and improves heat distribution.
- Bayonet-mount shafts allow tool-less removal—run the kettle as a traditional tilt model if desired.
- Safety interlock prevents high-speed starts while the bridge is unlatched.

That ending 😫

I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me.
I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol

I just knew there was something about Cooper! I’m wondering if he’s about to be included but damn I’m glad he’s at least not a rapist and creepy guy, he just got called on assignment and had to go! This should be interesting! She’s gonna run and then what’s his face is gonna grab her. I’m worried! Wow that was a great book and cliffhanger! Loving this!

Good start to a series

I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read

Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things

I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2.
Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
