Mush, from Leeds, play their own style of infectious art rock. Implanting their idiosyncratic guitar hooks into well-crafted tunes to create weird ear worms. The band have recently signed to Memphis Industry and Rough Trade Publishing. They have their debut E.P out this spring, with the full album set to land later on in the year. To date Mush have already been getting plenty of radio play. Their Autumn single 'Gig Economy' was playlisted on BBC6, received track of the week from Lamacq and received regular plays on radio one. Their debut single 'Alternative Facts' received regular radio play despite clocking in at a modest ten minutes in length and was hailed by Marc Riley as a 'masterpiece'. They have done 3 sessions for Riley despite not having an extended release yet.They have drawn comparison to other classic guitar bands, notably Television, The Fall, Pavement and more recently Parquet Courts. No casebook connect

I ordered a new print version of the textbook to specifically receive the casebook connect code. The book also came wrapped, but when I undid the wrapping and opened the textbook, there was no code. It looks like somebody peeled the code information away as the cover has some yellowing, which I imagine is due to glue residue. I’m incredibly disappointed and now I need to purchase the code in addition to the $220 I spent on this textbook.

Readable

Not at all what I would consider “Very Good” condition, as the book was described. Pretty disappointed to be honest, considering I paid over $100 for this. It’s beaten up, torn, and dirty, but it’s readable.

Not as listed!

I paid nearly 300 dollars for this book and it was not as listed. I bought this because it was listed as new, but the book arrived with a broken binding, highlighting and writing throughout the pages, and the course ecode was already used. Unfortunately, I cannot use it for my studies.

Coverage lined up nearly perfectly with my fed courts class

Great Federal Courts supplement
Format: Paperback
This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
