- Moisture module provides heated holding and proofing with a thermostat range up to 200°F.
- Gray Insulation Armour exterior is designed to stay cool to the touch while resisting dents, impact, and stains.
- Fixed wire slides on 3" centers support up to (14) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (26) 12" x 20" hotel pans.
- Clear polycarbonate door lets staff view contents without opening the cabinet and losing heat.
- Mobile base with 5" casters includes two brakes for secure placement.
- Removable bottom-mounted control module simplifies cleaning, servicing, and future upgrades.
- 120V, single-phase operation with 2 kW output and a NEMA 5-20P plug.
