Nishiki Premium Brown Rice, 15-Pounds BagThe perfect rice to use for Brown Rice Sushi. Instructions: Boil From Ambient Combine 1 cup Nishiki Brown Rice and 1 1 2 to 2 cups water in a medium saucepan. By preference, add salt, butter, cheese or other flavoring. Bring to a soft boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 50 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes 3 cups cooked rice, or 4 (3 4 cup) servings.
