Macho Aiyama 80The Macho Series are all made using the traditional Kimoto style and ambient yeast from the brewery. These are powerful and rich, natural sake. To showcase the taste of the rice fully, the rice is only polished to 80%. In this Aiyama version, we have the appearance of a Female Macho.
