Alexander Rose Sherwood Treatment is formulated as a stain to safeguard and restore Alexander Rose products in the Sherwood Range. This acrylic-based coating is ideal for reviving furniture that has suffered weathering or wear.
Remember to clean the timber surface thoroughly before applying. For even adhesion, lightly sand the surface. Before using, ensure the cap is tightly closed and shake the bottle well. Apply in dry conditions and protect from water for at least 24 hours. Use a fine brush or short fibre roller to apply the product, avoiding overapplication to prevent excess sheen and prolonged drying time. For optimal results, two coats can be applied with 2-3 hours of drying time in between. When applied thinly, Sherwood Treatment can cover a maximum of 500ml per 4 to 6 square metres using either a brush or fine roller.
