Built for high-volume frying, this dual-tank floor model combines stainless steel durability, self-powered millivolt safety controls, and precise thermostatic heat control.
- Two separate fry tanks give you a 50 lb section and a 25 lb section in one unit.
- All stainless steel front, sides, and heavy-gauge tanks are built for demanding kitchen use.
- Five burners deliver 40,000 BTU/hr each for a 200,000 BTU/hr total output.
- Millivolt control system includes 100% safety shutoff and does not require external electrical power.
- Thermostatic control provides an adjustable 200°F to 400°F temperature range.
- Includes three fry baskets with plastic-coated handles and a 1-1/4" full-port drain valve for easier cleanup.
- Standard 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs are included; optional casters are available.
