Thật khó để có thể gọi đúng tên của loại sốt này bằng tiếng Việt nhưng công dụng của nó là dùng để nấu món Mì Jajang (Mì tương đen) cũng như dùng làm sốt để trộn với các món khác như cơm, bánh gạo...

Tiếng Hàn sốt này được gọi là Chunjang, nhưng món ăn lại được gọi là Jajang, ví dụ như Jajangmyeon (Mì Jajang) hay Jajang Bap (Cơm Jajang).

Thành phần: Nước tinh khiết, bột mì (lúa mì: Mỹ, Úc), màu caramel, đậu nành (nước ngoài: Mỹ, Canada, Úc,...), muối tinh (Trung Quốc), lúa mì, bột đậu nành tách béo alpha, rượu,…

Bảo quản: Nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát, tránh ánh nắng mặt trời. Bảo quản lạnh sau khi mở bao bì. 

Quy cách đóng gói: 250g/bịch. có thể dùng nấu được 5-6 phần ăn.

Hướng dẫn sử dụng: Thái hạt lựu rau và thịt rồi cho vào chảo xào 1-2 phút. Cho tiếp gói sốt cùng 1 cốc nước lọc vào xào cùng, thêm ít bột năng để tạo độ sánh. Sau cùng đỗ lên mì đã luộc chín.

Hạn sử dụng: 1 năm kể từ ngày sản xuất
