The hook has a square end cap with four sides that each measure 1-1/4 inches in length. Type-304, 10-gauge stainless steel is used to make the end cap, which is fully welded to the rest of the unit. The support arm and flange in this attractive robe hook are made of type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel. The support arm allows the cap to extend for 2 inches from the mounting surface after installation. All of the visible surfaces have a brightly polished finish for a large amount of shine. Once installed, the flange conceals the 16-gauge stainless steel mounting bracket and wall plate. This prevents both tampering and theft of the robe hook.
