In its rough state it is reddish brown, however heating it produces beautiful shades of violet and blue that are permanent. Tanzanite is a very recently discovered stone, and is only found in one mine in Tanzania, East Africa. No other deposits have been discovered and since the Tanzanian discovery in 1967.

Say hi to Daisy- a13 week year old pit. She absolutely loves the toys! She was using another chew toy and DESTROYED it so I needed a quick replacement. They’re very durable; however, she chipped one of the bones so I don’t anticipate it having TOO long of a life. For the price, it’s great and I recommend for any chewers you might have.
