Kongenitale Ichthyosen umfassen eine heterogene Gruppe von Genodermatosen, die durch abnormale Desquamation am ganzen Körper gekennzeichnet sind. Verschiedene Genodermatosen können bei verschiedenen Hunderassen auftreten. Beim American Bulldog umfassen die dermatologischen Anzeichen eine generalisierte Schuppung (epidermale Hyperplasie), dermale Entzündung, Erythem des rostralen Fangs mit Schuppung und Hyperkeratose der Pfotenballen. Dermatologische Anzeichen können bereits im Alter von wenigen Wochen sichtbar sein.

Vererbung: autosomal rezessiv

Mutation: NIPAL4-Gen

Gentest: Die Methode, die für den Gentest verwendet wird, ist äußerst genau und ermöglicht eine vollständige Differenzierung zwischen betroffenen Tieren, Trägern und gesunden Hunden. DNA-Tests können in jedem Alter durchgeführt werden.

The lighter bag is the size this listing is supposed to be (that I owned previously) and the smaller one is the one I was sent. That being said the smaller bag is super cute and so similar to the Brooklyn bag! Just be aware that it does not match the listing :)
